How can I enroll a new claimant for PMOA’s program?

You can use our easy secure online referral service or you can call our toll-free telephone number and speak to an account representative, you could also fax the referral information to our toll-free fax line

How do you contact new claimants about PMOA and their services?

We send letters to new claimants explaining our program and services. We also try to reach the claimant via telephone to personally speak to the claimant and explain services and answer any questions that they may have. If requested we will send letters about our program to the claimant’s physician or attorney.

Do you service Spanish speaking claimants?

Yes, we have customer service representatives that are fluent in Spanish and ready to assist claimants with their needs

How can I get prices for medications, supplies or equipment?

Because of the ever changing prices of medication and the different types and needs of equipment and supplies, it is difficult to keep a listing online. Please call or e-mail a price request and we will be more than happy to assist you. When requesting prices for medication, please have drug name, strength, and quantity available.

Where can I get information about certain medications a claimant may be taking?

Please call us and speak to any of our experienced pharmacist.

How do you ship claimant’s medication and supplies?

We try to get patients their medications in a timely manner (2-3 business days). We ship nationwide via UPS, Airborne Express, and USPS Priority Mail. Most medication orders will require an adult signature for release of package.

Is there a charge for shipping?

No, unless special shipping is required and it is approved by the appropriate person

How do claimants transfer prescriptions to PMOA?

Have the claimant’s call our toll-free number and we will explain the rest. Please have the Pharmacy’s name, drug name, quantity, strength and RX number available when calling.

What are your regular business hours?

We are open from 8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. We follow the UPS holiday schedule
